Do you use OpenAI APIs or build custom models?
Both, depending on requirements. For most chatbot and document AI use cases, LLM APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic) deliver faster and cheaper than custom training. For edge deployment, proprietary data, or high-volume inference, custom models are often better.
