Test Bench Development

We design and build the electrical, control, and software systems behind industrial test benches — for manufacturers who need to validate products against IEC, IS, and UL standards, and for labs that need reliable, repeatable, well-documented test execution. Electrical design, PLC programming, instrumentation, and test software are handled by one team, under one responsibility — no coordination between separate panel, PLC, and software vendors. Our test applications are built on open, license-free platforms, so you own maintainable software with no recurring runtime licenses and no vendor lock-in. For turnkey builds, we work alongside established mechanical fabrication partners.

We also modernize existing benches. Many test benches in the field run on obsolete PCs, unsupported software, or discontinued DAQ hardware — while the mechanical bench itself is perfectly sound. We replace legacy test software with a modern, maintainable application, migrate ageing LabVIEW or proprietary applications that nobody in-house can modify onto open platforms your team can own, upgrade control systems with a new PLC and panel on the existing mechanical bench, migrate to current DAQ hardware, and put digital reports and data export in place of paper or lost records. A retrofit typically costs a fraction of a new bench and takes weeks, not months.
